Amy A. Dooley
Ms. Amy Dooley founded Technologist, Inc. in 2005. Under her direction, Technologist, Inc. has evolved into a respected provider of engineering solutions and professional services to the Department of Defense and Civilian Federal Agencies. Ms. Dooley ensures consistent delivery excellence to customers while maintaining a strong culture of professional development and a strategy for future growth. Ms. Dooley has instituted a culture of high quality, leading to Technologist’s ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications.
Prior to founding Technologist, Inc., Ms. Dooley held executive management positions at SRA International and Management System Designers, Inc., where she managed $100M+ Federal business sectors. She has led all aspects of a business including operations, strategic planning, finance, talent acquisition and personnel management. Ms. Dooley has a Bachelor of Science in Management from George Mason University.

Jeffrey Beyer
Mr. Jeffrey Beyer is the President of Technologist, Inc. and is responsible for providing oversight across corporate operations and ensuring the success of each customer engagement. Mr. Beyer has over 40 years of executive management experience supporting the Department of Defense and Civilian Federal Agencies. Throughout his career Mr. Beyer has created focus and vision within organizations ensuring that business objectives, standards of performance and corporate visions are not only understood but owned by management and employees. Mr. Beyer has consistently maintained an unwavering commitment to customers and employees.
Prior to Technologist, Mr. Beyer held senior executive leadership positions at several leading corporations including Lockheed Martin, Citizant, The Engle Group, and Management Systems Designers. Mr. Beyer attended George Mason University with a major in Psychology.
